Who can attend the event?
WTSFest Virtual welcomes those who identify as womxn.

When will the event take place?
March 15-17, 2021. Each day will have a 1.5 hour slot between 5:00 - 6:30PM (GMT), this will include 2 talks + Q&A panel. All talks will be live.

Why is the event not fully taking place on one day?
We're hoping this structure works better for people, around their work hours, and in a way that makes it easier to absorb the sessions.

Is there a code of conduct?
Yes, we prioritise the safety and comfort of our attendees and speakers. You can find our code of conduct here.

What does a Full Access ticket include?
Your ticket includes live access to all three days, Q&A in our live speaker panel, access to recordings post-event and access to a private slack workspace for attendee networking.

What does a Recording ticket include?
Recording ticket includes access to recordings only which will be sent post-event.

How does ‘Gift a ticket’ work?
We will be sharing all gifted tickets with our community members who are unable to purchase their own tickets.

How do I get access to the event?
You will receive registered webinar links to your email a week prior to the event. You will also be added to a private Slack channel.

Will the event include closed captions and subtitles?
Yes, we are integrating third party tools to provide closed captions to our live webinars and subtitles to our recorded videos. These will be in English.

I attended WTSFest 2020, will this feel the same?
Honest answer: no. But we've tried our best to put a structure that will work well on a virtual setting. We also hope that the private Slack networking channel will help everyone connect more.

Will I be able to ask the speakers questions?
Yes, we will dedicate 30mins for live Q&A with our speakers each day.

Will I be able to network with other attendees?
Yes, we will have a private slack channel for attendees to network.

Can I pay directly by invoice?
We won’t be able to hold tickets so please pay directly via tito, our ticketing platform.
