Community Impact Report 2025

Transparency has always been important to us at WTS - from sharing our conference financials, our partnership fees, and how we're actioning on post-event feedback with attendees.

With our commitment to ongoing progress - we're taking another step to grow our transparency by updating our Community Report on an annual basis.

We’ve chosen B Corp's Certification process as a way to assess our community impact. Last year, we shared our pre-assessment report, which you can read here.

The B Corp Assessment provides tools to help us confidently understand our current impact and find focus areas for continuous growth and improvement. Their "no stone left unturned" approach help us:

✔️ Take a holistic look at how we operate
✔️ Measure our impact and benchmark against similar organizations
✔️ Define goals and targets to grow our impact over time
