WTSFest Philly is back on October 1st!
One of the things we're most proud of at Women in Tech SEO is the WTSFest stage.
Our flagship conference brings together hundreds of digital marketers for a day of practical, thought-provoking talks from people across our community.
It's a single-track event, which means everyone watches every talk together. Instead of asking attendees to choose among multiple sessions, we carefully put together a single agenda that we believe will deliver as much value as possible throughout the day.
Since our very first conference, we've had one goal: create a stage where brilliant people can share practical ideas that genuinely help others.
Some of our speakers have spent years speaking at conferences. Others gave their very first conference talk at WTSFest. Both are equally welcome.
We don't select speakers because of their job title, company, follower count, or previous speaking experience. We select talks based on the value they'll bring to our audience.

Whether you've never spoken before or you've been speaking on conference stages for years, we'd love to hear from you. Some of our favourite WTSFest talks have come from first-time speakers.
Don't let imposter syndrome convince you that your experience isn't enough. If you've learned something that could help other people, that's a brilliant place to start.
Our goal is simple: we want every attendee to leave having learned something genuinely useful.

We'd also encourage you to think about our audience. Despite our name, our community isn’t just for SEOs, it includes people working across every corner of digital marketing.
Because everyone watches every talk together, we're looking for sessions with broad relevance that lots of people will find valuable.

We know how much work goes into speaking at a conference; it's a huge investment of your time, and we never take that for granted. That's why we do everything we can to make speaking at WTSFest one of the best experiences you'll have.

Every WTSFest talk starts the same way: with someone deciding to share an idea.
Maybe it's a lesson you learned from a project. Maybe it's a different way of solving a problem. Maybe it's a fresh perspective on something our industry hasn't been talking about enough. Or maybe it's simply an experience that could help someone else in their career.
You never really know the impact your talk might have. The next WTSFest talk that changes how someone approaches their work, gives them the confidence to try something new, or inspires the next step in their career could be yours.

Every year we receive far more fantastic pitches than we have speaking slots available.
Unfortunately, that means we have to make some really difficult decisions. If your talk isn't selected, please don't see it as a reflection of your expertise or your idea.
Sometimes it's simply because we're trying to balance the agenda, avoid overlapping topics, or choose between several brilliant talks covering similar themes.
Please don't let that stop you from pitching again. Many of our speakers weren't selected on their first pitch, but we're incredibly glad they came back.
